So, I'll probably go on and on about "Waiting for the Flood" in my April Reads post, but OMG! This Spires Series hits in a completely different place then his other books for me. I've been reading/ listening to the re-releases and JFC so powerful. But, in addition to all the beautiful language in the actual text, there is the author annotations, where I got this nugget.

And finally, because I've been saying this for at least a year to anyone who well listen. Seriously, do yourself a favor and listen to Boyfriend and Husband Material because that "Lucien" will change your entire brain chemistry. Nice to see Alexis agrees. ❤️❤️
