Create Something

Since, even when I was creating things on the regular, I wasn't super fast about it and couldn’t do it on the fly--challenge deadlines are a must; create on demand, freezes me--I thought I’d create something else. Just in case my favorite challenge--talk about a particular fandom/person/kink/whathaveyou--doesn’t show up, I’m going to use this space to create a promo for someone that everyone should know and love. They’re not really a ~fandom~ thing, but they do make me extremely happy, while also making me think and question everything, so even if I am in a fandom of one, I stan (is that right way to use that word? I honestly never have before) Brandon Kyle Goodman SO HARD. Here’s some of the reasons why:

I first discovered him in a completely geeky way--Tom Ellis’ Instagram. ♥ Yes, he’s Lucifer, but he’ll always be Gary Preston to me. ♥ Here’s the first video I saw that introduced me:

I highly recommend you find all the Black Folx vids either on Brandon’s YouTube channel--the vid with he and Tom comes from that channel--or his Instagram.

And speaking of his Instagram, there’s where I completely and totally fell in love with not only his black activism, but also his queer AF activism and attention. I mean, Look at this GORGEOUSNESS!!! He does this thing called Messy Mondays that are in his stories and they start with him asking his followers to tell him something good or tell him something messy. And HOLY SHIT it gets MESSSSSSSY! And it is the most educational, sex-positive thing EVER. I really wish I would have known about him and his informative tutorials when I was writing slashy porn--seriously, he has a lesson on rimming and on butt plugs to name a few.

That's an inspired take on the challenge. And this dude looks awesome; I might need to make some time (ha!) and brave Instagram for a proper perusal of his stuff.
