tjs_whatnotAHHHHHHHHHHH! I am so excited for this!
I just love the idea of someone who geeks out about things like I do (even if they're not the same things) is going to make something for me. *sigh* It is the best!
General things you might need to know about me:
My favorite colors are blue, green and purple. I am a nanny and am very fond of Mary Poppins (my role model in life), Winnie the Pooh, Dr. Seuss and Shel Silverstein. I speak fluent sarcasm, am political, a proud member of the #resistance and the #bluewave and Rachel Maddow is my pretend girlfriend. ♥ I love to travel and am a writer.
I've been pretty heavily in fandom for about a dozen years and started with Harry Potter (Gryffindor, Ron and Remus lover if you're interested) ;) Since then I've also gotten ridiculously excited about a lot of things, currently, those are mostly: most of MCU (Iron Man still being my fave) and Netflix Marvel (especially Jessica Jones) and Agent Carter. Doctor Who (Mostly 11--My Squishy ♥ and River), White Collar (Team!Mozzie), The West Wing...hmmm... what else? Want to know specific fandom related things?ragdoll will be able to help, she knows all my fandom loves being responsible for most of them.
I really love handcrafted, and unique, useful things.
If you make jewelry: Like I said, I work with little ones, so I need tough, sturdy things, because while I don't wear a lot of jewelry, when I love a piece, I wear it forever. As for size? I'm a big girl and would rather have things be too big that I can make smaller, than too small that I couldn't adjust, ya know?
If you knit/crochet: There is literally nothing you could make me that I wouldn't love, love, LOVE! I have recently come to terms that your talent is just something I'm never going to have, so I am awed and amazed by it. Like I said, anything. If it's a hat, I have a slightly larger than normal head... I used to tell people it was ginormous, but then I got a Jayne hat and a Pussy hat that were wayyyyy too big, so I don't say that anymore. Just slightly larger that average. Speaking of pussy hats though, how cool would a Black Panther hat be? Like, the fiercest of all kitty cats. *sigh*
Papercrafts/Embroidery/Needlepoint/sewing: Anything, really. I love the written word, I love words spoken aloud. My favorite characters in any fandom are the ones with the witty, quirky or heartachy things to say. Do with that what you want. Stationary, coasters, kitchen ware (though, if it's something I'd use in the kitchen, it needs to um... not be profane? ;) Like I said in my sign up, I have an unnatural love of bags--just askredsnake05 (in fact, go ahead and ask her anything you want to know about me.)
And I think that's it.
Oh yeah, food. Two words. Peanut butter. ♥♥
