Like previously stated, I'm only wanting what made you smile, sigh, love and laugh. I'm not saying there isn't value and time/place for critique and discussions about what was amiss. I'm just saying this isn't that place, this isn't that time.

I was away all weekend, left right at the time the show was starting, so yeah, I missed it and was going CRAZY all weekend. But now I've watched it and can squee with everyone.

So, a list:

♥ Power-hungry finger-point Peter
♥ Cinematography-- Seriously, stellar camera angles and scenery shots that looked both beautiful and gritty.
♥ Mozzie and his ridiculous wigs-- I thought I was going to hate this, but so far, I am LOVIING IT! Bring on the ridiculous!
♥ The Con!! Love me a good con! This one was especially delicious because it sounded relatively easy and yet, Every Single Thing Went Wrong. It was fun and nerve-wracking. I approve.
♥ Sex symbol Neal-- I mean, it's no secret that Matt Bomer is a very pretty man, but very rarely do the use just how stunning he is like they did this ep with the museum girl. It made me giggle.
♥ Rolled up button down Peter-- Peter, out of his suit (in anyway) always makes me happy.
♥ Neal having the worst con luck ever-- Like epically bad.
♥ :____; The break up-- OMG that was painful! And how hurtful Neal was and how crushed Peter was and how it was all because Neal was panicked and needed to get Peter out of the car, but holy crap was it sad!
♥ Peter taking the blame-- MY HEART!
♥ MacGyver! that Neal and Mozzie exchange and Mozzie's new handler nickname of the "Knock Off Suit" was precious and I thought it was a great way to end the show. But then it turned out that there was a bit more...
♥ HOLY FUCK WHAT THE HELL!?!? I think it's safe to say I did NOT expect that. Jesus! What does that even mean for the coming up season?!?!? It's one thing to confess you sort of kind of helped get a forger out of prison and perhaps helped him steal a thing or two... but now that Hagen turns out to maybe also be a murderer? JESUS! This is BAD!!

Thoughts? Squees?

Yeah, the ending pretty much blew my mind too and I'd just decided I LOVED him because he was willing to give Neal the benefit of the doubt, and we were learning more about him. Thought he was brilliant and smart enough to keep up with Neal and yet not jump to conclusions. Can't believe it!! and yes, I can't fathom how they continue. I do wonder though if its nothing to do with Hagen at all. He's going through a divorce and 'Stephanie' may have decided she wants it all, not just half - then he had a high arrest rate and arrested some very rich people. Hagen may not be involved at all - just bad coincedence....then again Hagen maybe and Neal could be in it up to here.

Just when you are reeling from the ending, they give you the teaser for next week and oh boy does it look to be a doozy!! Can't wait to see it!

(I seem to be reviewing it backwards, but who am I to argue with my subconcious)

MacGyver - Yeah loved that, but loved the 'Jealous they are finally looking at all of this, instead of all of that' way better. Just love how mozzie delivered that line.

Neal with the museum girl - when she said it wasn't your fault and Neal didn't say anything. He didn't lie to her, not even a little white one. Loved him for that. (although she seems just a little to sweet to be true).

Peter taking the blame - Oh yeah. Neal's face and him trying to explain it wasn't Peters fault, without letting on it was his!

Peter and the con - yeah, rolled up and relaxed (liking that look!). Neals luck was def absent that day, just about everything went wrong but it did make for nail biting stuff and when Neal had to send Peter away by shouting at him (oh, oh, oh, noooooo) but I loved how he made it up again at the museum, when he tried desperately to take back the words *sigh*
I love how it was Peter that made him realise his mistake with the gloves, and it was nail biting all the way through that they would realise the codex thing and catch Neal. I'm wondering who the owner is - becuase I'm pretty sure that Neal and Mozzie have been unwittingly involved to solve the riddle that the owner couldn't. (I can't believe the owner hasn't read the book, and I can't believe they wouldn't check it on it's return and find the pages replaced. I'm wondering if the team got a bit of notority for puzzles, considering they have solved four or five that noone before them managed (The music box, the american flag, the brothers legacy treasure, the uboat, etc). Also, checked out Mozzies hit list - surprised not to see Hagen or Kramer added at the bottom of the list on Neal's behalf.....but figure there may well be a second page. LOL. Loved that he actually had a list.

I loved Peter walking with Neal and bringing him coffee and chatting like friends, and laughing at Neal's game of getting his morning coffee outside banks.

That's all for now. Gotta get back to work
