GUYS! OMG! You would think after four years I'd be used to this... this sad emptiness that happens this time of year, this need to wrap my mind around things (even if there was no real cliffhanger this time). But nope. Again, I wish I had so many people to talk to, commiserate with, speculate with--CLING TO!

So, LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!

I had the most fun with writing a Jack Harkness (Torchwood)/Captain Kirk (Star Trek Reboot) story. I've done a couple of other crossovers, but that one was the most fun. I'd love to do Jack Harkness with Crowley (Supernatural), too.

There is a huge pool of talent in the Merlin fandom. I've only read a few clunkers in the time since I started devouring them. I like AUs just fine, but I've always preferred to read stories within the canon time frame in any of my fandoms. Complete AUs are fun, but only in small doses for me.

SpN is the biggest fandom ever. It's insane. Of course Jensen Ackles and Jared P are utterly gorgeous eye candy, and their chemistry is astounding. And, if you add in the RPS fic, it more than doubles in volume.

I used to think I's like to try my hand at writing a book, but I don't think I could take the amount of rejection authors have to deal with before they get published, if they're one of the few that do manage to get published. Which - you have!! Still massively impressed. I can imagine the edits are a downer. I hope you have a good editor, someone you can work with, and who's willing to work with you.

Eeps! *blushes* Lurking in my own corner, I guess. I'm glad I've found my way over to this part of the sandbox.

*adds back - kind of obviously, at this point*
