I think most people who have mixed feelings about the movie adaptation should read the book, as it is a much more nuanced character study and there were a lot of cuts that really diminished the overall story-- like whole characters and plot lines cut.

But, if you want other queer lit recs, please do let me know. Also, what queer nonfiction have you been reading? I need to read more nonfiction. ❤️❤️
