Fandom Snowflake Challenge Day #1 (It's still the first somewhere, right?)

Day 01

In your own space, talk about why you are doing the Fandom Snowflake Challenge? What drew you to it as a participant? What do you hope to accomplish by doing these challenges? Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.

A few things. First, I want something that requires me to be here everyday and since I sometimes struggle with having things to say that aren't boring (even to me), I need some direction from time to time. Secondly, I'm trying to bring more balance to my life and fandom and the people I've met through it/them are important to me and I need to make myself more available to it/them.

But today, I have the entire day to write, so I'm going to go and try and fill a shit ton of requests myself and am hoping karma (and you lovelies) will do the rest.

This is going to be pretty heavy on the Star Wars: The Force Awakens side, so I'm going to put it under a cut and put a bit of a scroll down for those not wanting to be spoiled (is there people who haven't seen it who still worry about spoilers? There must be...) Anyway...

Harry Potter: There is really nothing I don't adore about this fandom and am pretty easy to please. Specifically though, I love witty dialogue and people dealing with their shit and friends becoming lovers, enemies becoming lovers against their better judgement. I like crossovers, AUs, fusions or canon divergence. I also like some kinky-ass shit, but what I don't like is incest, chan and the usual, and in the cross-gen pairings, I'd like the student in the student/teacher to not be a student anymore, cool?
