Well his prompter flubbed it too, I think; so he was probably going "wait, what did he say? That's not how it was when I practiced it. Well, I guess I'll repeat what he said--" and then the prompter tried to correct himself, and then they jsut went ahead with it anyway. Something like that.
That said, I wouldn't call it "scary". Heh. Dude's probably got a lot on his mind, you know?
