Challenge #6: Share a piece of canon...

I feel this is a bit of a cheat, but that's only because I had planned for a much more eleborate thing that needed a lot more set up and explanation and then it was all just  too much, and I felt like it might be spoilery and also maybe not that interesting to people who aren't me (which isn't usually something that bothers me--HAHA--but combine that with the time needed, and yeah...)
So, this instead.

Basically, I think everyone should watch Ted Lasso, and if there was one scene that needed very little set up to entice this would be the scene I would make everyone watch. It does all the things--well most of the things--I love about this show:
Ted playing up his Dumb American thing.
Ted acknowledging his own privilege.
Ted being underestimated.
Rebecca being awed.
Rupert being a gigantic wanker.

So, here, let me force you to watch this:

LOVE this scene, it's so good <3 And I love Ted standing up for Rebecca in such a 'him' way: it's not aggressive or confrontational, but it's undermining Rupert the way he loves to do to her.
