ISO of Graphic/Coding Layout Help...

I have a crafting exchange community I'm getting ready to launch and I have no idea how to code and whatnot. I have the header made, but again, I don't know if I have the right dimensions and all that jazz. Would love someone to help me out with that.

In exchange, I could do something for you? I could write something for you, or craft something for you? Or... idk, beta? You name it, I'm on it.

Is it a DW comm? I'm no good with general coding, but I've done my share of DW layouts etc. No promises, but if you can't find properly professional help, I can probably help you put something together that looks okay :)
