Oh yeah... but it started with "Queer as folk" for me, and it never stopped... and even in "Queer as folk" where no one NEEDS to slash I do slash because I love people who are NOT actually a couple :D

Besides Brian and Michael, who hadn't fucked each other on that show? *g* Although, I always did want Brian and Michael to have their chance. At least, I did before they gave Michael a man of his own. I also always wanted Drew and Emmett to have another chance, although I guess they don't count since they were already together for a while.

And, yes, I have the most fun slashing pairs that aren't couples as well. I'd say all but one of the pairings I've written were not canon pairings. If sexy men can't belong to me, then I should be able to get vicarious enjoyment out of hooking them up with each other.

Brian Michael are exactly the 2 I ALWAYS wanted together... I really like Ben, i adored him, he was good for Michael, but deep in my heart I never go "over" Brian and Michael... I stay true to them even years after the show ended... I never changed my username for that matter... BM stands for BRian/Michael, and I'll always love them and ship them... they were my first Ship, my first OTP and such and I will always "honor" that... ;-) So yeah... I feel the same about Emmett and Drew, by the way and I'm really glad at least Ted and Blake got another shot...

And I tend to slash/ship VERY unusual pairings, pairings no one else would even consider thinking of... pairings who are REALLY strange... *lol* like for example Ty and Toby of "Switched at Birth"... I don'T remember them even having a scene together, but I still slashed them :P

Yeah, that much UST should always be satisfied, eventually. The writers teased us several times, getting our hopes up. I think they would have been very hot together. I wish it could have happened. Yes on Ted and Blake, though. I'm glad the show got to tie up so many loose ends.

Within shows, I tend to be pretty pedantic. I go for the more popular pairings - Clark/Lex from Smallville, Dean/Sam from Supernatural, Peter/Neal from White Collar. After I've been in a fandom for a while, I tend to develop a taste for rare pairs, but not unheard of - Clark/Jason, Crowley/Dean, Neal/Keller.

My weird pairs tend to come out in crossovers. I'm dying for Jack Harkness (Torchwood) with Crowley (Supernatural), for example. I've done Jack Harkness with Captain Kirk (Reboot), and Captain Kirk with Dean Winchester. There are others I'd like to see.

Yes, I still wish it could/would have happened as welll... just once... but yeah... never did, so I don't really know *sighs* I wanted them together SO bad and I was craving for every little thing they gave me, and in my head after the Season finale it's somehow that Ben "has to die" at some point and then with Justin gone they have their chance... not that I want Ben to die, but he's HIV positive and he already almost died once... so you never know... even though I love him to pieces and think he's good for Michael...

I'm not so much for the "Brothercest" in ANY tv-show... but it's becoming more and more popular... it was already there back then in Prison Break and then in Supernatural and I was always "eeeeeek" - sorry... this is definitely not my cup of tea... as for SPN it's Dean/Castiel for me and Sam/Gabriel... even though I know the latter is dead, but yeah... and if I love a pairing I usually am very "loyal" to it... it's Dean/Cas for me, so no other combination with Dean or Cas... *shrughs* That's how I roll ;-)

Yeah, SpN has broken a lot of barriers for me - for lack of a better word. I think it's just because both J's are so damn hot. In fact, it's the only show I really read RPS about.

if I love a pairing I usually am very "loyal" to it I'm not quite the same way. I started that way. I read one, and only one, pairing for a year, and then wrote that same pair for another seven months, or so. After that, I started branching out on possibilities more. My OTP has never changed, but I can and have pictures/wrote/read them with others.

Sam/Gabriel... even though I know the latter is dead, but yeah Gabriel should be brought back. Cas has come back three times, and I've lost track of how many times each Winchester brother has been brought back. Gabriel should definitely make a reappearance.
