Man, I totally pulled that on a guest music professor one day. I just wasn't the slightest bit interested in anything he had to say and then he started in with saying Affects instead of Effects and I kept phrasing questions with both so he'd see the difference and it just flew right over his fucking head. :|
Yeah, that was the plan...but all our other plans haven't really come to much, so maybe we'll be coming earlier? I mean, unless you have other things going on that weekend? I just remembered that D.C. during Memorial day weekend isn't the best plan ever...
Well, the things going on that I can't get out of are as follows:
Kiddie race on Saturday morning, which gets me home around 11:30 at the latest, and brings me straight to a housewarming party for my brother-in-law that starts at noon, but which is literally down the road from my house. So I'm basically free anytime after 3pm on that Saturday. But the rest of the weekend is totally clear from there because I've made it clear that I HAVE PLANS. Which is awesome because it sucks when fucking Memorial Day becomes this grand caravan from my parents' place to the in-laws' just like fucking Christmas and Thanksgiving. I... don't need that. So YAHOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OH GOD I CANNOT BELIEVE IT'S ONLY 1.5 HOURS HOLY SHIT. THAT'S NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL. I can like, come up on a Saturday and go shopping with you and shit! And vice versa! And we can stay over at each others' places because we're getting drunk! OH MY FUCKING GOD TAM THIS WILL BE AMAZING. OMFG IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING. I JUST CANNOT EVEN.
We will spend the earlier Saturday hanging out around where I'm moving to and then head down for Saturday evening! SO EXCITED!!
Unless Srawr has other plans...but she's even worse then I am at making plans, so yeah...I think we're cool!
