Aww, that's lovely. <3 I've read the play but am too chicken to watch the movie. It's going to be way too heartbreaking.

Yeah. It was. Worth it, but yeah, totally rips the heart right out.

But like most plays, if you only watch the first half it was really quite lovely. ;)
