Hi, I've been away also. The good thing about that is that it's almost Thursday already! I'm so excited about this season and loving it so much that I bought the whole thing on Kindle-Amazon, $1.37 an episode-. I just can't stop rewatching it now, no way I can wait for DVD.
One Last Stakeout was so good, so packed with action, humor, bromance, romance, sexy flirting, angst, hurt feelings, and love. Peter surprised me by liking the perks of his new job so much until he showed how much he would rather be in the field with the team, and Neal.
Neal had so much bad luck, yet he pulled it off. I like seeing him commit crimes, I shouldn't, but I do. We hear about his past and of course we see him running cons for the FBI, but the things he has to do for Hagen shows him (and Moz) really doing their thing. I like the way Moz and Neal are showing their affection for each other this season. Moz doesn't owe Hagen anything, but he's right in there with Neal with no hesitation.
The death of Seigel at the end was a total shocking surprise to me. They made him a good character, he didn't treat Neal like a criminal after all, he was just starting to open up and tell him about himself, they got along. Of course, he followed Neal, it's his job, but what a mess. I don't think the show will have Neal responsible for this, there must be some kind of a twist coming. It's one thing for him to cause Rebecca to lose her job, but murder-I don't think so.
I am looking forward to seeing where they go with this, and Peter's job promotion, and El's feelings about it, and Mozzies money problems, and Neal and Hagen, and Neal and Rebecca, and especially Neal and Peter.
